Dear Race Fans,

I would like to take this opportunity to explain what the Pro 4 Modified West association is. Pro 4 West was started at the end of 1989 race season to provide a race class that is affordable yet challenging; along with camaraderie and support that only a closely knit club can offer.

We are a unique group of racers because we have open wheeled cars and stress the original steel bodies so that our fans can relate to the body styles. The open wheel is our trademark, as the Pro 4 Modified West is the only group that modifies the bodies and in this way it makes them unique.

The association has a yearly meeting and election of officers. We are a non-profit organization with all of our proceeds from fundraisers and sponsors going into the points fund. All monies in the fund are returned at our annual banquet to the racers who have participated in 2/3 of all regular series events.

This year we have chosen to expand our coverage as well as to update our rules.  If you are interested in finding out more about this series, please send an email to tyler@pro4west.com and he will promptly answer any questions that you may have.
